Most firms specialise in consulting, training or staffing. BKG brings all three together, because our founder, Cheikh, spent two decades seeing what happens when they’re disconnected.
Meet our founder
Cheikh is a Senegalese-American based in Massachusetts. He has more than 20 years of experience leading public health programs, research administration, HIV/AIDS responses and economic recovery programs in over 15 countries, often in environments where funding is complex, stakes are high and there is no room for work that only looks good on paper.
How can we build systems and make people actually deliver under real-world pressure, without constant oversight from the top?
That question shaped everything about The Beneficial Knowledge Group.
