The terms that apply when you use this site, buy a course or book a session with BKG.

Consulting engagements, organizational training programs and staffing placements are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement between BKG and your organization. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. Course access is for the individual who enrolled and may not be shared or resold.
When your payment clears, you receive access to the course you purchased. All videos, toolkits, templates and other materials remain the intellectual property of BKG. You may use them for your own professional development and, for purchased toolkits, within your own organization, but you may not copy, redistribute, record or resell them.
Live group sessions are included with the courses that list them. Premium students vote for topics, and the most-voted topics set the agenda. Sessions take place on Zoom on the published dates. Cancellation follows our refund and cancellation policy.
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. Discount codes apply only within their stated terms and cannot be combined unless stated.
Our courses and advice draw on extensive professional experience, but outcomes depend on how they are applied. Content is provided for professional development and does not replace legal, tax or financial advice for your specific situation.
To the extent the law allows, BKG’s total liability for any claim relating to a course or session is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date.
