Refund & cancellation policy

What happens if a course or session isn’t right for you.

Self-paced courses

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not started the course.
After 14 days, or once you have started the course, purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Downloadable toolkits and materials

Because digital files are delivered immediately, toolkit and material purchases are non-refundable. If a file is faulty or will not open, contact us and we will replace it.

Live sessions

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session.
Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions, count as used.
If BKG needs to reschedule, we will offer a new time of your choice or a full refund for that session.

Organizational programs and engagements

Workshops, retainers, consulting and staffing engagements follow the cancellation terms in your written proposal or agreement.

Email inquiry@thebeneficialknowledgegroup.com with your name, the course or session, and your order number. We reply within 1–2 business days.
