Last updated October 2026
The Beneficial Knowledge Group (“BKG”, “we”, “us”) provides consulting, professional training and staffing services. This policy covers thebeneficialknowledgegroup.com and the online courses, accounts and bookings offered through it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and deliver our services: our hosting provider, payment processors (Stripe and PayPal), video hosting, calendar and video-meeting tools (Zoom or Google Meet) and email delivery. Each receives only what it needs to perform its service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to process purchases, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features, such as course access, need essential cookies to work.
We keep enquiry records for up to two years. Account, course and payment records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending you emails. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
The site uses SSL encryption throughout, secure payment processing and regular backups. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
