About The BKG
The Beneficial Knowledge Group (The BKG) is a Massachusetts-based consulting, training, and staffing firm that strengthens the systems, controls, and teams organizations rely on to deliver their mission. We serve government agencies, NGOs, universities, medical and research centers, and private companies in the US and internationally, including French speaking countries.

The Role
The Training Consultant designs and leads training, workshops, mentoring, and tutoring for the staff of client organizations and for individual professionals and job seekers who want to strengthen their knowledge, abilities, and skills. Training covers finance, administration, human resources, procurement, grants and contracts, compliance, and other support functions. It is delivered in person or remotely, in group or one on one formats, and through self-paced learning materials.

Working with The BKG and the client’s focal points, you will assess learning needs, design practical programs, facilitate engaging sessions, mentor and tutor learners, and measure results, so that participants leave with skills they can apply immediately. When training is part of a broader BKG consulting engagement, you will work alongside other BKG consultants to turn their recommendations into practical learning for client staff.
